Standard hosting logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs for every API call and page view. These logs include your IP address, user agent, and request URL, retained per Vercel's policy. We don't extract personal information from these logs and don't sell or share them.
Cookies and similar storage
We don't set cookies. The web app uses localStorage to remember:
- Your license key (premium users).
- UI preferences such as last-used colour count.
Removing site data in your browser clears both.
What we don't do
- No analytics on the TracePen tool itself (the parent meshma.com page may use Google Analytics — see meshma.com privacy).
- No image is stored on our servers.
- No image or output is used to train any model.
- No account is required for the free tier.
Terms of Use
Web tool. Free for personal and commercial projects in the 2-colour mode. No account required.
Premium licence. One-time purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use all premium features for personal and commercial work. Single user, unlimited devices. No expiry.
No refunds. All sales are final. If you have an issue, contact us via GitHub and we will do our best to resolve it.
No warranty. The tool is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding vectorization quality, file compatibility, or fitness for a specific purpose. Always verify results with your own testing.
Intellectual property. You own all images and vectors you process. We retain ownership of the tool, its code, and its design.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in good faith, by arbitration if necessary.
